Customisation

At Titan Workwear we offer a range of customisation options:

Embroidery:
This is the most popular and hard wearing options. Utilising Maderia threads known for their durability and strong colour palette, your logo can be recreated with a depth of colour and finish. 

Full Colour Print:
This techology has involved over recent years as is now the most common method for creating a full colour logo. It utilises a screen printed logo applied to a film which is then heat pressed onto the garment. The advantage of this method is that multicoloured logos including complex shading can be created. It is not recommended for garments that need washing at a high temperature. 

Single colour print:
This is a long established method of customisation that works well for large print formats in a single colour - usually white on a dark background, or a dark colour on a white background. It is not suitable for complex logo's. This method is also used for applying names and initials.

Artwork:
Your logo should be supplied as an EPS (Encapsulated Postscript File) this allows the recreation of your artwork in it's orginally designed format. For embroidery you need to supply a DST file which containts all the information required such as stich count and colours of threads. If you do not have access to either of the above files that you can supply a hi-resolution jpeg file (ideally 300dpi) which we can then use to redraw to the preferred format. 

Production Time:
Depending on the size of your order production will be 7-15 working days. On placing your order you will received a despatch date (shown in the top right hand corner of your invoice). This can be amended if you have an urgent order - please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
